Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using CityVois, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. CityVois cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

Prohibited Activities

When using CityVois, you agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to impersonate another user or CityVois staff
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the app
• Use the app for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app

Intellectual Property

The CityVois name, logo, app design, and content created by CityVois are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent.

App Usage and Limitations

CityVois provides information about locations and travel experiences. While we strive for accuracy, we don't guarantee all information is complete or up-to-date. You should verify critical information through other sources when necessary.

Our app requires location services for full functionality. You are responsible for any data usage charges while using our app.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Our app may offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. By making a purchase:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
• All payment details are securely handled by Apple/Google—CityVois does not collect, store, or process your complete payment information
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play Store
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription
• Prices are subject to change and may vary by country or region

We use RevenueCat as a third-party service to manage subscription status and analytics. RevenueCat only receives limited information about your subscription status and does not have access to your complete payment details.

Disclaimer of Warranties

CityVois is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CityVois shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of our app.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Your continued use of CityVois after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to CityVois immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

You may also terminate this agreement by deleting the app from your device and discontinuing its use. Note that termination does not automatically cancel any active subscriptions; you must manage subscription cancellations through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CityVois operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

App Store and Google Play Store

This app is available through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading the app, you agree to comply with the respective store's terms and conditions. You acknowledge that:

• These Terms of Service are between you and CityVois, not with Apple or Google
• CityVois is solely responsible for the app and its content
• Your use of the app must comply with the applicable store's terms of service
• Apple and Google are not responsible for the app's functionality or content
• Apple, and Apple's subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, and will have the right to enforce these terms against you
• You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties

User Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with all applicable data protection laws. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using CityVois, you agree to our privacy practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data. For more information about how to exercise these rights, please refer to our Privacy Policy or contact us directly.

App Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our app at any time. We may:

• Update the app with new features or improvements
• Change or remove features without notice
• Modify subscription terms and pricing with appropriate notice
• Discontinue support for older versions of the app

Third-Party Services

CityVois app integrates with specific third-party services to provide you with a complete experience. These services include:

• Google Maps - For location-based features and mapping functionality
• RevenueCat - For processing and managing in-app purchases and subscriptions
• Unsplash - For providing high-quality images within the app

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. While we carefully select our third-party service providers, we are not responsible for:

• The accuracy of data provided by these services (such as map information)
• Any temporary unavailability or interruption of these services
• Changes made by these services to their functionality or terms
• Any loss or damage arising from your use of these third-party services
